James Penny is chief executive officer and founder of the Compound Profit Corp. in McKinney, Texas. Mr. Penny oversees the highly successful business consulting firm's 100 nationwide franchise offices. On a daily basis, he works to ensure the delivery of superior services to start-ups and small companies and personally analyzes cutting-edge business, training and marketing strategies.

Prior to founding Compound Profit in 2006, Mr. Penny worked in managerial roles at World Savings Bank and served as vice president of both the Interface Financial Group and Liquid Capital Corporation. He has accumulated over 25 years of experience and launched over 200 international factoring companies.

Mr. Penny is an expert in developing systems that enable factoring and finance companies to maximize their profits. He utilizes this expertise to provide alternative financing solutions to Compound Profit’s clients and direct consulting in the areas of business analysis, merchant processing, collection services, employer outsourcing and software services.

A graduate of DeVry University who has a bachelor’s degree in computer information systems, Mr. Penny is an active member of many organizations, including the International Franchise Association and the National Association of Equipment Leasing Brokers. He also volunteers his time with a coalition he developed to provide charitable assistance in El Salvador.
